For ourRembrandt Packagingsitein Aarschot, we are looking for anInternal Account Manager with a focus on cardboard packagingwho will act as the link between customers, production, and suppliers.

As an Internal Account Manager, you ensure that every project—from quotation to delivery—runs smoothly and correctly. You translate the customer's wishes into clear internal instructions and ensure that everything is set up correctly, both technically and administratively. Thanks to your accuracy and communication skills, the production process runs efficiently and with high quality.

Job Description:

  • You translate customer requests into correct orders in our ERP system.
  • You calculate prices and follow up on post-calculations.
  • You order raw materials and supplies in a timely manner.
  • You guide orders through the entire production process and make adjustments where necessary.
  • You check press proofs and validate "ready for printing" (either alone or together with the customer).
  • You prepare invoices and closely monitor all administrative matters.
  • You are the first point of contact for your customers (NL/FR) and handle questions or complaints professionally.
  • You will support our representatives and discuss new projects with customers.
  • You act as a bridge between sales, production, and suppliers.

Profile:

  • You have a higher education degree, preferably in a commercial or graphic design field.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and French (knowledge of English is a plus).
  • Experience in the graphic design sector is a plus, but not a must—motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important.
  • You are skilled at handling multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining an overview and accuracy.
  • You are customer-oriented, communicative, and commercially minded.
  • You can handle deadlines and feel at home in a dynamic production environment.
  • You think in a solution-oriented way and take responsibility.
