From prepress to printing

After design approval, we provide a smooth production process. Our Heidelberg XL106 and 52 presses offer printing options such as front and backside print, Multicolor, metallic or fluorescent inks and inline (protective, gloss or matt) varnish. Vegetable oil-based inks and varnishes guarantee that your labels meet the strictest standards.

In-line cameras monitor colour and print quality during the process, so we can always guarantee a perfect end result.

At Rembrandt Labels we print wetglue labels, "dry" paper labels that are applied with cold glue or hot melt via a labeling machine to bottles, jars, cans, cardboard, plastic or other packaging requiring this adhesion. These labels offer a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution and are suitable for a variety of applications.
