Privacy statement Rembrandt

Purposes and grounds for processing

We will only use your personal data if we have established a clear and legitimate purpose for it. This is only possible:

  • to comply with a legal obligation
  •  when you have explicitly given permission for this
  • for the implementation of a mutual agreement supported by a processor agreement

Proportionality

We only ask for the strictly necessary personal data for the stated purpose.

Handover

We do not pass on your personal data to other parties or to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without a legal basis or supported by a processor agreement.

Publicity

Third parties can submit a request for information to us. In principle, your personal data will not be released. In any case, this is always preceded by an assessment against privacy legislation.

Retention

We do not store your personal data longer than is necessary for the implementation of the stated purpose, supported by a processor agreement.

Rights

You have the following rights under the GDPR:

  • right to information and access: you are allowed to know whether we keep your personal data, for what purpose, what they are and how they are used
  • right to correction: you can always request correction of your personal data
  • right to object: you can object to the use of your personal data and we will comply, unless there is a legal basis for doing so.
  • right to be forgotten: you may request deletion of your personal data, unless there is a legal basis to do so

You can exercise your rights by contacting us by email or letter, using the coordinates below. You will always have to prove your identity and we will let you know what happens to your request within a month.

We do not use profiling, tracking and data mining.
