For our location in Aarschot (Nieuwlandlaan 37), we are looking for a motivated order picker who works with precision, values order and cleanliness, and is eager to roll up their sleeves and get to work.

Order Picking: You pick orders in the warehouse using order lists or a handheld scanner and ensure that the correct packaging and materials are ready in the right quantities.

Packing and preparing for shipment: You carefully pack the orders, stack and wrap the pallets, apply the correct labels, and ensure that everything is shipped correctly and neatly.

Loading and unloading: You’ll help load and unload trucks and place incoming goods in the correct location in the warehouse.

Inventory and Record-Keeping: You accurately record the flow of goods, assist with inventory counts, and promptly report shortages or discrepancies.

Order and Safety: You keep the warehouse clean and organized and follow all applicable safety regulations.

Teamwork and flexibility: You work well with colleagues in production, finishing, and logistics; you can handle stress well; and you’re flexible when the schedule requires it.

Ideally, you have experience as an order picker or warehouse worker.

You have a forklift or reach truck certification, or are willing to obtain one.

You're very motivated and want to roll up your sleeves and get to work.

You work with precision and have an eye for quality
Experience with a handheld scanner and basic computer applications is a plus.

You are able to handle stress, are flexible, and work well as part of a team.

You're not afraid of physical work.
