Rembrandt Packaging is PEFC certified

At Rembrandt Packaging, we are taking a green step forward in our mission toward responsible production and consumption. We are proud to share our new PEFC certification. The PEFC label gives you, the customer, the guarantee that the cardboard for our packaging is traceable to sustainably managed forests. This takes into consideration the ecological, social and economic aspects of the forest.

Specifically, this means that today we can enjoy the many products the forests offer us, while preserving these forests for future generations. In addition, the traceability of the wood is guaranteed, from the forest to the final product. In sustainable forest management, the PEFC-certified manager, who owns the forest, ensures that the forest regrows after logging, thus preserving the CO2 capture cycle.

Wood- or paper-based packaging from sustainable sources thus offers an alternative to materials with a high carbon footprint, such as plastic and steel. By buying PEFC-certified products, you are choosing sustainable and ecological products.
